Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- One 4 oz. can fire-roasted green chiles
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tomato
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1/4 water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1In the food processor or a blender, combine avocado, green chiles, garlic, tomato, lime juice, water, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill it in the fridge for one hour and enjoy.
