- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter

2Run the potatoes, fried onions, and eggs through a food processor. Afterward, combine the mixture with meat, bread crumbs, spices, egg/potato mixture, and milk. Mix well till it’s all nicely combined. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
3Divide the mixture into 17 equal meatballs. They will be about 2 1/2 inches round. Deep them into flour and shape 17 oval patties. Heat up vegetable oil on medium heat. Place cutlets into oil and fry them till nice and golden on each side. That will take about 2 to 2 minutes and 30 seconds on each side. Serve them with mashed potatoes, pasta, or in the sandwich. Enjoy!
